What the product actually does
In plain language, as you would explain it to a competent person outside the sector. Two or three sentences beats a deck: it shows how you think about the business.

Fill in the form and the team will get back to you within 24 hours. Written enquiry is the only channel we ask you to use, because it means the first reply can be a real answer rather than a request to schedule a call to find out what you wanted.
Office
Written enquiry is the channel we ask you to use, so that the answer comes from whoever actually knows it.
Before you write
In plain language, as you would explain it to a competent person outside the sector. Two or three sentences beats a deck: it shows how you think about the business.
Which markets the users and the money are in. This is usually the single fact that determines whether the first question back is about structure, licensing or funding.
Not the goal — the obstacle. "We cannot open a bank account", "our term sheet has a participating preference", "we do not know if our token is a security here". Specific problems get specific answers.
Which investors have seen it, which advisers have looked at it, what was said. It saves you from being sent back down a road that already ended.
About getting in touch
The team at Al Wadyat Capital. Enquiries are not passed to third parties, not routed to a partner network and not used for marketing. If we think another firm is better suited, we tell you the name rather than forwarding your details to them.
An email, within 24 hours. If a call makes sense, that reply proposes one. We do not call people who wrote to us in writing unless they have asked us to.
We handle enquiries in writing. It gives you a record of what was said, and it means the response comes from whoever actually knows the answer rather than whoever happened to pick up.
Write anyway. Early is not a disqualification; it changes which of the services is relevant, and occasionally the honest answer is that you should come back after a specific milestone. That is still a useful reply.
The details you send are used to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. The privacy policy sets out the purposes, the retention approach and how to ask us to delete the record.
Where the conversation genuinely requires one, yes. For a first message, a normal level of detail is almost always enough, and it keeps the process moving.
